Cash Account Holders

Payments

For Customers who do not have a Credit Account, payment must be made using a previously approved credit card or cleared cheque or by telegraphic transfer at least 35 days before the Travel Date.

For Bookings made less than 35 days before the Travel Date payment must be made at the time of Booking.

If payment is not received in accordance with the above the Booking will be cancelled.

Credit Account Holders

Payments

For Account Holders who have a Credit Account, payment shall be made on the date specified by Eurotunnel by telegraphic transfer of funds to the Eurotunnel account notified to the Account Holder or by such other method of payment as may be agreed with Eurotunnel.  Invoices shall be paid no later than the thirtieth day of the month following the month during which the invoice was issued.Payment is due 30 days following the month of invoice.

Cancellations

Unless the terms of any ticketing offer or promotion indicate differently, the Coach Operator may cancel Coach bookings as follows, but such cancellations must be made in writing:

Any standard single booking not less than 31 days before the Travel Date where travel occurs on a date designated as ‘amber’ or ‘red’ on the Coach Calendar and not less than 14 days before the Travel Date where travel occurs at any other time;

Day Return bookings not less than 21 days before the Travel Date where outbound travel occurs on a date designated as ‘amber’ or ‘red’ on the Coach Calendar and not less than seven days before the Travel Date where travel occurs at any other time.
